Filtered Spring Water, Organic Date Syrup, Organic Vegetable Glycerin,
Brahmi, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lion's mane,
Ashwagandha, Star Anise, Cardamom, Apple Cider Vinegar. 

🌙 Directions for Use

Children 4+ years:
2.5 mL once or twice daily

Adults:
5 mL once or twice daily

Take directly under the tongue or mix with a small amount of water. Shake well.

Storage:
Shelf life: 6 months unopened. Must be refrigerated. 
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 3 months. A slight natural fizz may occasionally occur due to the active botanical ingredients- this is normal and safe.
